PAYMENT SCHEME

A. Spot Cash - Less 5% discount
B. Cash Sale - Less 2% discount. Payable in 3 months.
C. One year to pay - No interest
D. PAG IBIG/Bank Financing - 40%-50% down payment (Buyer's Equity). Payable in 1 year w/o interest. Balance payable up to 20 years.

Construction of the house starts if the down payment has been fully paid. The down payment maybe paid in one year; however, increase in cost of material prices should be added to the house construction cost. Take note that the down payment is taken from the buyer's equity and not from financing. Only the remaining balance shall be paid thru financing either thru the bank or Pag-Ibig.

E. Miscellaneous Fee - Php 52,000.00

Reservation Policy:

Reservation Fee (Required) Alapang- P 50,000.00 deductible from Total Contract Price.
In case the transaction is not consummated:
The reservation fee is refundable only if financing application is denied.
The reservation fee is forfeited is after 30 days the buyer discontinued the application
Five thousand pesos (Php 5,000.00) shall be charge to administrative cost if within 30 days the buyer discontinued the application.

He went on to do more buildings, building renovations, bridges and road construction. Some of his projects include the repair and renovation of the Hyatt Hotel in Baguio City, Presidential Mansion House in Baguio City, repair and renovation of the Malaca�ang Palace that included the Premier Guest House, the Presidents� offices at the New Executive Building, the Malaca�ang Heritage Museum, the Kalayaan Building that was rushed for President Clinton�s arrival, Former President Ramos Birth house in Lingayen. Capuyan Construction was also a part builder of the Camp John Hay Manor Hotel and Camp John Hay Main Clubhouse.

WINACA Development Corp. is under the able management of the Capuyan couple � Wilson and Narda. Wilson manages the construction company while Narda is behind the world famous Narda�s Handwoven Arts and Crafts. The couple is also into rustic furniture manufacturing and has supplied substantially Tagaytay Highlands.�Assisting the couple in the conceptualization and implementation of their projects is a staff composed of Architects, Civil Engineers and Planners
